Shipping

Handling Time:

Handling time for most orders is 1-2 business days. If the handling time is beyond 2 business days, we will contact you to let you know the status of your order.

Domestic Shipping:

We will ship via USPS. Packages weighing less than 13 ounces will ship First Class. Packages weighing 14 oz or more will ship via Priority Mail or FexEx (2-3 days delivery to most of the United States). If the package is large, heavy or bulky, we will ship via FedEx Ground.

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders as soon as they are shipped. First Class or Priority Mail packages can be traced at www.usps.com. FedEx packages can be traced at www.fedex.com

We do utilize flat rate envelopes and boxes whenever possible. Please contact us for more information and shipping quotes.

Shipments to military boxes will ship via the United States Postal Service standard mail.

International Shipping:

Shipping charges for international orders are based on the estimated weight of the package.

International shipping rates do not include customs or duty charges. CreativeMerchandise by Flying Bulldogs, Inc. has no control over those charges and they are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

We accept returns for merchandise cost within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at CreativeMerchandise@FlyingBulldogs.com for return authorization. RA# must be visible on the package being returned. Returns without RA#’s will be refused. Returns must be received by us within 45 days of purchase.

If there was an error on our part in processing the order or if the merchandise is found to be defective, a full refund will be issued. In all other cases, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged. In cases of an exchange, or refunds taken in store credit, the restocking fee will be waived.

Returned merchandise must be in its original condition. Products removed from their original packaging may be considered unsalable or subject to additional charges. Special Order merchandise is not returnable. Shipping charges are not reimbursed or refunded unless an error was found in the original shipment.

CONSIDER BEFORE YOU RETURN

We do accept returns for unopened merchandise, however, please consider the environmental costs of returning small, inexpensive items.

What many shoppers may not realize is that shipping returned goods contributes to greenhouse-gas emissions. There are additional impacts in terms of packaging and other resources, not to mention fuel and transportation. If an item is opened, it can not be re-sold as new and will be often be sent to a landfill.

According to Forbes Magazine “Worldwide, approximately 17 billion items are being returned every year. This totals to 4.7 million metric tons of CO2 emitted yearly, and if we are able to decrease that figure by just 10%, it would be the equivalent of the power used by 57.000 US homes for an entire year.”

So, if your item is not expensive (say under $5.00 or $10.00), please consider donating the item locally instead of creating a return.
