There are two main type of concealed mounting hardware so the first step is to determine which style you have.
Easy Clip™ by Liberty Hardware is used with most of the Delta® bath hardware.
Safety Note: Please Wear Safety Goggles! Use caution when drilling into walls to avoid drilling into electrical
and plumbing lines hidden within wall.
Identify on the enclosed template which item you will be installing, starting with the primary post.
Position template on wall in desired location making sure that it is level, then tape in place to the wall.
For Solid Wood or Sheetrock with Wooden Wall Studs: Locate wooden studs. Drill 1/16” holes, be sure to keep drill level. Anchors will not be required.
For Sheetrock without Wooden Wall Studs or Ceramic Tile: drill 3/16” holes, be sure to keep drill level. Insert anchors into drilled holes using a hammer and tap flush against wall surface. If drilling into tile, use a carbide drill bit. Place a piece of masking tape on the tile to prevent the tile from breaking.
Using the pre-drilled holes, attach the brackets to the wall with the enclosed fasteners. Confirm that brackets are level and tightly secured against wall. Make sure that the brackets face are facing outward.
Position assembled product over mounting brackets and slide downward to attach to clips.

Installation Instructions:
1. Locate mounting hardware before discarding any packaging.
2. Identify on template which item you will be installing.
3. Position template on wall in desired location making sure template is level.
4. Mark location for fasteners using a pencil.
5. Solid Wood or Stud Mount: Drill 1/16” pilot hole. Anchors will not be required.
Drywall or Ceramic Tile Installation: Drill 1/4” pilot holes and insert plastic anchors into drilled holes using a hammer to tap the anchors flush with wall. Be careful when tapping anchor not to break ceramic tile.
6. Fasten provided screws through mounting bracket(s) and into anchors (if applicable) with tabs pointing up.
7. Unscrew set screws if necessary to fit over wall mounting brackets. Slip the unit assembly over the mounting brackets with the set screws at the bottom, Fig. 3a and 3b. The support posts must hook over the mounting brackets. Push flush with wall and tighten set screws.
